<div>In the yogic tradition, Sadhana is the ritual commitment to the practice in order to integrate its elements progressively to daily life. We meet at sunrise to explore meditavely the silence before the rush of the day. The session include gentle seated postures (asana) focusing on the breath and bodily sensations, yogic breathing exercises (Ujjayi, Kapalabhati, Bhastrika, Sitali), and meditative practices of the tradition of non-dual yoga (Kashmir Shavaism) through visualisations, self inquiry and body/breath awareness.</div>
