<div>In this class, you will take the next step into your belly dance journey! Tweak your moves with proper postural alignment, as you identify which muscles we are using to create the isolations used in belly dance. We'll start to build muscle memory so we can begin layering, too, working the mind and the body. Focus will go internally, so we can dance from the inside out!<br />You'll not only work your core, but strengthen and stretch your muscles, as you strengthen and stretch your potential. Balance, self-confidence, and precision will also improve. Learn to move gracefully and powerfully to your music as we work on concepts, combinations, and on your creativity too!<br />Not only will we explore anatomy in every class, so we know what muscles we are engaging to execute an isolation property, we'll make sure to stretch those muscles at the end of class. Bring your zills (finger cymbals) for layering, and we'll see if we can string moves together into a combination, too!<br />Open to anyone curious about how to improve their technique, isolations, and willing to go deeper with their dance.</div>
