We will move through dynamic poses to build strength and heat in the body, through sun salutations and wind down by moving more passively through poses to stretch into the connective tissue within our bodies. Vinyasa moves breath to movement while in yin we typically hold poses lower to the ground for 3-5 minutes. Together these practices offer a sense of balance allowing you to move through your day from a more grounded place.</span></p>
