Our premier class at BBY is Chair Yoga. This mindful practice has a strong focus on breath and body awareness. You will move all your joints, stretch your whole body, and build strength all while seated! The standing portion of class (still using the chair for balance and support) will focus on strengthening your ankles and picking up your feet, balance and flexibility. Studies show that one of the best ways to live your best life is through movement. Keep it moving with us!
