The physical practice cultivates flexibility by lengthening the body’s connective tissues. The longer-held postures provide recovery from the body's daily activities.
Breathing and meditation techniques allow a deep connection between your mind and body.
Props can be used as needed, and options will be provided if you prefer support. Note: this changes the benefits to Restorative, which is not the intention of this class.
