<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Learn the basics of how to defend yourself and join us for this Women’s Introduction to Self-Defense at 9-10 am on Saturday, October 8th. Self-defense training can help you respond appropriately in stressful situations and help you to avoid, resist, and/or defend yourself against an attacker. We will discuss situational awareness and safety strategies that anyone can use and can practice simple self-defense techniques using only your body- no equipment necessary. Grab a friend as we’ll be working with a partner and get signed up to learn the basics of self defense this fall at Zen and Pow Studio–Spots are limited. Cost is $25. </span></p>
