Where Power or Hot Flow classes raise the heart rate to offer a more athletic experience with quick transitions between postures, Slow Flow nurtures strength, balance, and equanimity through gentle and challenging postures at a pace designed for an immersion into the mind + body experience. Not ideal beginners but all are welcome to practice at their own pace.</p>
