It's a 2 full-packed session workshop where you will:
*understand further key elements through specific poses
*learn how to physically and energetically re-align your body and gain maximum benefits from your practice
*enhance your own experience within a specific pose
We’ll explore all foundations
and alignments of the body through a series of standing postures,
backbends, forward bends, balance and twists.
