need to use one.
Trained in various
dance forms, Kalia teaches Belly Dance as a celebratory tradition
through which
women gain more acceptance and enjoyment of their
bodies and greater expression through the
mind/body/spirit connection. She has studied with various
dancers specializing in American
Tribal Style, Tribal Fusion, and Cabaret style Belly
Dance, as well as healing through
movement,
and has taught at Trinity College and the University
of Connecticut, as well as numerous yoga and
dance studios throughout
Connecticut for 15 years.
