The High Intensity rounds are designed to get your heart and lungs working and generally consist of functional full body movements with an emphasis on the upper body.
The Strength/Toning rounds are where we slow things down to focus on more traditional resistance training to isolate the upper body.
**The Strength/Toning section is typically 70% - 75% UPPER body with a few lower body moves sprinkled in**
Be prepared to hit your shoulder, triceps, biceps, chest, traps, lats, etc and a little bit of your major lower body muscles as well!
