Yoga Nidra is an effortless, guided meditation practice of deep rest. It’s a practice where there is no need to try, to use any kind of effort, or to work in any way; a practice of letting go, relaxation, and non-doing.
No experience necessary. Props are available, but you are welcome to bring socks, a pillow and blanket to create a cozy nidra nest. Room is non-heated.
