At Morning Light Studio our Gentle Yoga classes are the perfect opportunity to experience the richness of Yoga without the intensity. Gentle Yoga will allow you to wind down and reconnect to your body, mind and spirit. Our Gentle Flow classes still bring emphasis to the breath and movement however encourage us to move at a slower more nourishing pace. Gentle Yoga classes are suitable for the first time student, someone with injuries, to even the most seasoned practitioner.

This holistic healing class is designed to dissolve tension in the deeper
layers of the body to bring long-lasting relief and optimum cellular health,
as well as refreshes the mind to allow clarity and deeper understanding
to flow. We seal the class with a 15-minute guided meditation to allow
you to fully embody calm and connection to the heart-mind.
