<p><span>Boot Camps are outdoor classes that will teach you fun exercises that will push you hard to burn more calories than you could on machines at a gym. Through these workouts you will learn to improve muscle strength and endurance while burning a large amount of fat at the same time. If you are too busy to get to the gym everyday for weight training or cardio why not do both with our workouts. We combine muscle strengthening exercises with fat burning cardio activities. You will never have to get on a treadmill again and be bored. Our workouts are unique and will burn calories in ways you never thought you could do!
