A special class for kids ages 6-12, this workshop led by our aerial instructor, Angela, will blend traditional elements of a floor based yoga practice with the exciting, challenging, and fun form of aerial yoga. Yoga is a valuable tool to build physical strength, enhance proprioceptive awareness, develop inner-self (or interoceptive) awareness and foster greater resiliency through the practice of breath work and mindfulness, ending with a deeply restful float in the silk cocoon.
No prior experience with yoga or aerial yoga is required!
