We will start with restorative stretching and warm ups to be able to comfortably experience and enter into yogic sleep...yoga nidra. This is a guided relaxation to become more aware of your physical body, breath, and energy while laying down, peaceful and aware. Feel the restorative and cleansing effects, a sense of calm and balance, greater clarity and perspective towards life. We will end with some pranayama techniques and meditation. </div>
