<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: #000000;">The days around Winter Solstice are the darkest days of the year in the Northern Hemisphere. This is a powerful, sacred time. It’s also a turning point, and we recognize it with a special practice to honor and nurture the life force within.<br /><br />This workshop begins with a practice of kundalini yoga to awaken energy, balance the body and bring the mind to stillness. Energy centers are balanced and unblocked, tension is released and deep rest occurs.<br /><br />An extended gong bath will bring your body deep rest and restoration.<br /><br />You will emerge renewed with a sense of clarity and peace, in preparation to bloom again in the months ahead.</span><em><span style="color: #d5dade;"><br /></span></em></p>
