If you're looking to strengthen, tone, and improve your entire
lower body, The Sculptor is the class for you!
The High Intensity rounds are designed to get your heart and
lungs working and generally consist of functional full body
movements with an emphasis on the lower body.
While the Strength/Toning rounds are where we slow things down
to focus on more traditional resistance training to isolate the
lower body.
Be prepared to hit your glutes (max and med), quads, hammies,
and calves!
A sculptor is someone who carves, chisels, and shapes
seemingly formless material into beautiful pieces of art. They work
meticulously to perfect their art until they see are content with
what they see and for this reason there is no better metaphor for
our workout than the sculptor. If you’ve ever wanted to grow,
strengthen, or tone your butt, quads, hamstrings, and calves then
this is the workout for you!
For in-person classes, Fielders can expect to use a wide
variety of equipment during the high intensity portion from agility
ladders, plyo hurdles, sleds and battle ropes to dumbbells, TRXs,
and resistance bands for our toning portion.
