<p class="p1">Build strength, stamina, balance, and flexibility in this fun and challenging class. Instruction will be given while moving from one posture to the next with focus on the breath and alignment. Some poses we will be held for several breaths and incorporate isometric movements to allow you to go deeper into your practice and develop strength in the body and the mind. Hand weights optional! Moderate intensity, more challenging than an intro/beginners class, but all levels are welcome. Room will be warm/room temp, but you will sweat! </p>
<p class="p2">All students should bring their own mat, water, towel and desired props. Optional hand weights are provided at the studio, or bring your own. </p>
