Andrea’s classes are designed to develop student’s bodies, technique, and artistry. During class students are taught classic belly dance movements and are reminded of correct body placement and technique allowing them to create muscle memory. We explore these movements working center, traveling, and in dynamic dance combinations. Classes begin with a Pilates warm-up and finish with a restorative cool down and stretching. These classes are great for dancers of any style and level looking for a strong foundation rooted in culture, technique, and artistry.
