Join Collierville Yoga’s Ashley Old for a one-time workshop, “Introduction to Meditation”. During this seminar, students will learn various different meditation techniques including mantra meditation, breathwork meditation, mindfulness meditation, guided meditation, body scan meditation, and others. It is perfect for beginners to learn how to meditate and for experienced practitioners to share their experiences with others. Regular practitioners experience improved mental concentration, increased breathing efficiency, heightened pain thresholds, relaxed mental states, increased emotional stability, greater physical ease, lower blood pressure and more authentic connections with others. This workshop will take place at Collierville Yoga on Sunday, January 22, 2023 from 4-6pm. $35. No yoga experience is necessary. If you have a mat, please bring it or you can borrow one from the studio. You can also bring a chair if you are more comfortable seated in a raised seat. Wear comfortable clothes and feel free to bring water. We would love to meet you and start you on your path to your True Self!
