<p><span data-contrast="auto">We have partnered with Boston-based concierge well-being company, Vos, to deliver some exciting and effective wellness offerings tailored to our culture and core values. Each month we'll be focusing on a different area of well-being that makes us whole and healthy. This month's focus is Gratitude!</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":0,"335551620":0}"> </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">Each week we'll have a different challenge for you to focus on to give you the opportunity to practice gratitude in many ways. There are so many benefits to practicing gratitude - and with Thanksgiving and the Holidays coming up - what better way to appreciate all that you have and focus on bringing more gratitude into your life! This challenge will also be 6 weeks instead of our usual 4 - so you'll have even more time to dedicate into making these challenges part of your life. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">As we work our way through the gratitude activities always try to focus on who and what you DO have in your life. Comparing ourselves to others and their circumstances can be extremely detrimental to our happiness. So during this challenge and beyond, try not to give your thoughts, energy, and time thinking about what you don’t have.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Here are this month's focuses!</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></strong></p>
<p><span data-ccp-props="{}"><strong> </strong></span><span data-contrast="auto"><strong>Week 1</strong>: Before you get out of bed in the morning say one thing you're looking forward to. Feel free to write it down!</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto"><strong>Week 2: </strong>Do one random act of kindness</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto"><strong>Week 3:</strong> Be thankful for who you are - each day find one thing you're grateful for about yourself</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto"><strong>Week 4: </strong>Tell someone you care about them - write them an email, call them, tell them face to face</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto"><strong>Week 5:</strong> Act of service - participate in an act of service for a loved one or your community (this can be scheduled for a later date as well)</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto"><strong>Week 6:</strong> Reflection - Think about all the gratitude you've expressed this month. What have you learned about yourself and your life?</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
