In pregnancy yoga we will cover physical movement, postures, breathing practices, yogic pelvic floor work, as well as deep relaxation and rest intended to nurture, support, boost energy, and provide connection for expectant mothers. It is for those who are new to yoga, as well as for experienced yoga practitioners.
