<p>The Olympic Lifting class focuses on the clean, snatch and jerk, breaking down the lifts into their various parts and performing lots of repetitions to improve your technique. We may incorporate some "metabolic conditioning" into cash-outs, but this class is primarily technique driven. </p>
<p>**Due to limited class sizes, athletes are only permitted to attend ONE group class each day. If you register for Olympic LIfting, please do not reserve a spot in a Daily WOD. If there are open spots in a Daily WOD at the start of class, you can ask the coach if you can jump in!**</p>
