<p>In this seminar, you will learn the basics of AcroYoga, covering the roles of Base, Flyer, and Spotter. We will share foundational poses such as Plank, Bird, Shoulder Stand, Whale, Chair, and Throne. If you already have some AcroYoga experience, we could get into more advanced poses such as Prasarita Twist, Floating Paschi, Candlestick, Star, and more. Whatever your level, be prepared to challenge yourself, build confidence, and have fun!</p>
