<p>This is a 1 hour high intensity class. This class will be rotating through 4 different workouts every four weeks. Each new rotation you will try and improve from the last 4 weeks rotation. </p>
<p>This class is perfect for those who like a little self competition, who love to see improvements in their strength and cardio over a small amount of time.</p>
