<div>Join us bright and early Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 7a-8a for the next 6 weeks as we improve flexibility, build strength, enhance mobility and start the morning out right! This is an all levels class that combines gentle yoga poses and light strength training. All poses will be cued with modifications and strength training can be done with or without dumbbells! Whether you're looking to add a light morning workout to your routine or just looking to stretch and get your blood pumping, this class is for you. Join us for one class or for all!</div>
