At times, the energy pattern becomes stuck. Yoga along with acupressure can change the pathways to release blockages in our physical body, mental mind space, and tap us into our spirit.</p>
<p>In this class, you will not only learn the energy body in a logical format, you also receive healing touch through massage.</p>
<p>The class ambiance is relaxed, quiet, and meditative while the tranquil effects are known to make for a good night's sleep and for some, even last for a couple days afterward.</p>
