<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This<span style="text-decoration: underline;"> online workshop</span> will focus on specific and effective breathing exercises to combat stress and awaken the body's ability to rest, heal and restore. It will also help identify unconscious chronic stress patterns in order to more consciously support a deeper sense of calm and wellness. There will be an emphasis on direct practice but also some learning about breathing anatomy and the autonomic nervous system. Learn the best breathing technique to tone and support the vagus nerve!</span></p>
<p>This workshop is for a<span style="font-weight: 400;">nyone who wants powerful tools to reduce stress anywhere, anytime. This workshop is offered online only.</span></p>
<p>All levels of experience, including beginners, are welcome to attend.</p>
<p>Materials required include a pillow, blanket, and a place to lie down. </p>
