<p>Pilates is for adults with any level of fitness, at any age, and is perfect for, but not limited to, post-partum recovery. Mat exercises increase breath capacity, improve posture, help balance and coordination, and leave you feeling aligned, toned, and refreshed.<br /><br />We know it can be tough to work in time for your own workout with little ones at home, so babies and toddlers are welcome to come and join as "audience members." We will welcome their noises and activity as part of the ongoing energy of our practice, but no baby, nor bump, is required for class! </p>
