<p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;">You become more flexible by doing it. Whether you’re new to yoga, rehabilitating from an injury, returning to practice after time away, or just want to reconnect with the basics, this course is for you! This is a slower paced class dedicated to learning foundational yoga poses and correct alignment. We will also cover basic yogic breathing and relaxation/meditation techniques. A series built for every(body)!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;">Classes are every Wednesday night for 5 weeks, 6:30-8PM.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;">Cost is $70/person.</span></p>
