Join us in the beautiful Community room on the second floor of the Richmond library. This class starts off with slow deep stretches to enxure that the morning body is ready to move and gradually adds more movement and challenge. As is always true in Kerry's classes, there are lots of options provided so that your class is exactly what you need it to be.
There are only a few props at the library so pack your bag with your mat, blocks, blanket and anything else you might want.
