In this two-hour
workshop, you will experience the body restoring benefits of aerial
yoga and fascial release. Accompanied by gentle massage with
essential oils, inversion techniques and meditation, this is the
perfect way to introduce your body to aerial yoga, clear your mind
and open your heart.
