Introduction to Yoga is a 3-week series at Pulsation Yoga plus one studio class good at either studio for any type of class. This series is meant to help students learn the basics of yoga poses, language and alignments. This series is a great way for beginner students to start yoga and learn from the ground up. It is also a great opportunity for seasoned practitioners to delve into details and refine their practice. This series will give you the knowledge and confidence you need to walk into any yoga class and feel successful. All series registrants get one class to use at either studio location to continue on their yoga journey.
This next series takes place in Lake Zurich, Sundays, 12:00-1:00, January 8, 15, 22, 2023, (plus one class good at either studio for 1 month after series completes)
