<p>Aerial Yin and Yoga Nidra is a 90 minute workshop with 60 minutes of Yin yoga postures in the silk. Yin postures are deep release yoga poses. These postures are held for three to five minutes and work on releasing the connective tissues of the body. This practice is very meditative and is followed by 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra and Sound Bowl Bath. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation, also translated to Yogic Sleep.
