restorative yoga postures in the aerial hammock followed by Yoga
Nidra, a guided meditation offering your body deep and profound
relaxation. No prior experience necessary. This practice is said to
be five times more restorative than regular sleep.
You will spend the first half of your practice in the yoga
hammock. You will be guided in a few restorative yoga postures and
breathing practices that will allow your body to relax preparing
for the guided meditation that will follow.
The meditation offered will guide your conscious mind through
thought patterns, emotions, images, and sensations that can lead
you to a greater understanding of your own creativity, insight, and
self-worth.
Please wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat, a
small pillow to support your neck, and your favorite blanket if you
would like.
