A 5-week series for expecant mothers:
Pilates is a holistic approach to exercise during
pregnancy. As expectant mothers' bodies change daily, we will
adjust each week to the changes that have
occurred.
We will be building strength and finding space in
their ever changing bodies.
Pre natal Pilates will help mothers to cope with
pregnancy, while preparing them mentally and physically for birth
and the postpartum period.
In prenatal pilates we will combine mat work, and reformer
work. No pilates experience is necessary!
