We want this to be an experience for you in the morning, a community, not just a class, but a sacred time where we are truly honoring our bodies, their connection with nature and the deep innate wisdom born from it.
Morning juice is a gentle awakening of the body through breath, stretch and slow mindful movement. We will work with the morning mood instead of forcing ourselves out of it. By embracing a slow awakening of the body, we will allow ourselves to start our day more naturally; slow, intentional and peaceful.
By doing this, we trigger the body’s natural rhythms to do the rest and intuitively finish our awakening.

All levels are welcome to this yoga class. Pre-registration is required.

This class is 45 minutes long- from 6AM-6:45AM.
