Yoga Nidra, also refered to as yogic sleep, is a guided meditation that takes you through a journey into the layers of conscious relaxation and helps to rest, calm, and ease the body and mind. Eleanor will guide you into rest as you settle into a cozy, supported, lying restorative posture with all the studio props available to you (mat, bolsters, blocks, blankets and pillows). </p>
