Each layer is associated with certain attributes, and the entirety of these layers make up the functions of the human body. Upon discovering the Koshas, ancient yogis developed a series of practices that would allow the individual to feel a greater sense of focus and centeredness by moving stagnant energy and accessing higher levels of wisdom within themselves.
