The Winter Warriors Training Program is a Metabolic Conditioning workout designed to help runners build muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, core strength, mobility, and prevent injuries. Participants will rotate around the room through a variety of exercise equipment including Woodway curve treadmills, Battle Ropes, Sleds, Bands, Rowers, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Sliders, Jump Ropes, and more!
