A mindful, controlled strength and stretch class. This will combine dynamic stretching with focus on alignment and breath. 
This is highly beneficial as a compliment to other sports and exercise, or can be used on it's own for developing strength and flexibility. 
Physical fitness is not merely strengthening the body, but coordinating the mind and body to work synergistically for high performance and efficiency. 

This is a restorative class for all levels, no experience necessary. 
You do not need to be flexible to take this class!
