<p style="text-align: left;">Is there a particular pole move (or 3) you want to work on? Do you want some fun tricks for your level?</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Each class the instructor will prepare a few fun moves that have varitions for intermediate to advanced levels. They will also take requests from the class (it is recommended to send these to the instructor ahead of time!).</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">During class the instructor will do several rounds of teaching a move with variations based on who is in class, then walk around and help each student individually.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">This is a great class to work on conditioning to work toward goal moves, and to add polish and power to moves you already have.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Prerequisite: It is recommended to be at least a strong Level 2 (can do inverts, climbs, and at least 1 1-handed spin) - contact the instructor ahead of time if you're unsure</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Attire: Please wear either clean sneakers or bare feet to class, workout clothes that you can move freely in, shorts, and a top that allows for skin access to the waist and tops of your shoulders.</p>
