Have you completed Level 2 series successfully? Got your invert but need to make it solid? Comfortable upside down and ready to get into the leg hands?! This Level 3 series is for you. In this series you will work closely with our Master instructor to learn the proper technique, hand/leg placement, 1-2 spins per week, smooth flow between each move, get your inside and outside leg hangs, perfect your climbs; overall strengthening your pole abilities.
You will also work on your overall pole flow, gaining strength and increasing your confidence.
Attire: Shorts with no lotion of oils. Heels are optional.
Dates: 3/1, 3/8, 3/15, 3/22, 3/29 and 4/5 Sundays (6
weeks)
Meet once a week same time/same day/same instructor

case different date needed.
