<p>Have you completed Level 1 series successfully? Ready to take things upside down? Level 2 series is for you! In this series you will work closely with our Master instructor to learn the proper technique, hand/leg placement, 1-2 spins per week, transitions, learn to invert, keep perfecting that climb, getting more in touch with the pole.</p>
<p>You will also work on your overall pole flow, gaining strength and increasing your confidence. </p>
<p>Attire: Shorts with no lotion of oils. Heels are optional. </p>
<p>Dates: 1/29, 2/5, 2/12, 2/19, 2/26, and 3/5 Sundays (6 weeks)<br />Meet once a week same time/same day/same instructor<br /><br />*Note: Will discuss as a group any date(s) surrounding a holiday in case different date needed.</p>
