Yin Yang class description
In this class we will blend traditional Hatha poses with the
slower, stretchy Yin practice.
During the Hatha practice, we will cultivate a little heat with
breath work, gentle flows, standing
and balance poses, and then settle in for some yin poses to cool
down. The yin poses are held
for longer periods, allowing the connective tissues surrounding the
muscles to soften and help
to move energy along the meridians.
