<p>What is known as traditional yoga, a beautiful harmony of breath (prana), postures (asanas), meditation (dyana) to help you become united and balanced within yourself.</p>
<p>This class will help all levels, especially beginners or newbies, learn how to focus, become and understand their yoga practice. We will work on everything from balance to arm strength. Each class will allow students to release, stretch, open and relax their bodies. </p>
