This yoga class is for expecting & postnatal mothers who desire to embody groundedness and relaxatation. You will experience a gentla practice that encourages muscle tonement in areas needed/used during childbirth, pranyama (mindful breathing) & meditation to calm the mind and center in peace, and stretchs to help alleviate any aches experienced during changing bodies.
Partners and support are also welcome to join, just be aware this class is tailored for mommies!
