<p>LVL UP is a progressive fitness testing workout. Each workout is comprised of 3 components - mobility/corrective, strength/skill, and Challenge. Each workout has 20 levels to accomplish, ranging from beginner to advanced, where points are awarded based on performance. </p>
<p>LVL UP Partner Challenge is a workout where you and your partner will compete against other groups to complete a workout circuit with the highest score. You and your partner need to book the class separately.</p>
