Bring a partner or friend—or come
on your own—for a night of yoga, connection, and fun. This
90-minute workshop unifies yoga and Thai massage into a unique
partner practice. Join Alexis for an evening of playful activities
designed to enhance communication, build trust, strengthen
relationships, and awaken your inner child! After a short yoga
warm-up on your own mat, you will dive into partner poses and Thai
massage techniques together. You will have an opportunity to both
give and receive in this feel-good class.
This workshop is not for couples only. Feel free to bring your BFF,
or come by yourself and make a new friend! If you're bringing a
friend, please sign them up separately or have them register
themselves.
For students of all levels; no previous experience
