<p><span style="color: #333333;">This 90-minute workshop, suitable for yogis of all levels, will start with a little flow to warm up the body in all the correct places. Then it will move onto spending time breaking down the key components of arm balancing. Understanding body mechanics and weight distributions is key to starting or enhancing your arm balance practice. We’ll spend a large amount of time working on ways to initiate arm balances and different approaches to get into the various poses.<br /></span></p>
<p>This workshop has a minimum registration of 5 students.</p>
